Refund Policy

Cancellation shall be possible only if the workshop secretary receives written notification.
Cancellation made until May 15: Full refund less bank handling charges.
Cancellation made until June 30: 50% refund less bank handling charges.
No refunds offered for cancellations after July 1
All refunds will be made after the workshop.

Formalities

  • To be registered for the workshop, exactly one of two things should happen: either the conference fee is paid, or a young researcher grant is awarded;

  • All who fill the registration form will receive preliminary registration status, which is converted to registration upon receipt of the fee, or award of the grant, as the case may be;

  • Preliminary registrants can submit abstracts, which will be duly evaluated as noted on the "important dates" page, however only the abstracts of registered participants will be published in the workshop proceedings;

  • Abstract submission is by default for poster presentation only, unless the participant explicitly submits it for consideration as an oral contribution. The Program committee shall select among the latter, up to the number of time slots available.

  • The room reservation particulars on the registration form only serve to identify participants to the ATLAS travel agency as eligible for the special considerations arranged by the organizers, and do NOT constitute reservation in themselves - see the registration form for further information;

  • Rooms for invited speakers and grant applicants are reserved by the organizers;

  • Grant applicants who have not received a grant will be given the option to register in the same way as all other participants.

  • Accompanying persons need not register personally for the conference, but will have the opportunity to buy tickets for social events on site.
