OPTICAL SPECTROSCOPY LAB

Welcome to the web-page describing the research in the Optical Spectroscopy Lab at the Physics Department! Here you can find all about my current experiments, the list of possible research themes for undergraduate students, and a short description of my research interests.

Basic research in this Lab comprises investigations of atomic and molecular processes in high-pressure discharges, investigation of low-pressure plasma (right), investigation of the interaction of laser light with alkali vapor  (left) or ionized gas.

The research is supported by domestic and international projects and interlaboratory collaboration.
