The Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts will hold a scientific symposium in commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of the death of its Honorary Member Nikola Tesla, one of the most important scientists and inventors at the turn of the century. On 17 December 2013, the Academy will commemorate one of its longest-serving members with a symposium dedicated to the scientific and technological legacy of Nikola Tesla. The Symposium will take place in the National Hall, Opatička 18, Zagreb, and a reception will be held in the Palace of the Academy in Zagreb, Zrinski trg 11, to mark the anniversary of the election of Tesla as a Honorary Member on 17 December 1896.
