      Sazetak:   The statistics of resonances in disordered systems of
non-interacting 
electrons which are coupled to the environment by perfect leads is
studied using
quantum-field-theoretic methods. In particular, the joint probability 
density of resonance energies and widths is computed for a system with
Gaussian 
white noise disorder. The relation of this quantity to Anderson
Localization is
discussed. (This will be a blackboard talk.)
