Abstract:

The particular method of solving SU(n) x U(1) gauge models with spontaneous
symmetry breaking is applied to the 3-3-1 and 3-4-1 extenssions of the
Standard Model. Some phenomenological consequences in the electroweak
sector - such as the boson mass spectrum, neutral currents and neutrino
seesaw mechanism - are exploited by tuning a single free parameter.
