"Variable Chaplygin gas - the heart of darkness?"

     Sazetak:

The evidence that the universe consists of 4% baryonic matter, 21% dark
matter and 75%
dark energy is discussed briefly. The variable Chaplygin gas model, which
unifies dark matter
and dark energy, is introduced to see if it sheds any light on the dark
sector. In particular
we look at the evolution of cosmological perturbations in order to determine
if the correct
structures are produced by this model.
