 Sažetak:

An introduction to Soft Collinear Effective Theory and its application  
to 2-body B decays will be given. This will be followed by further 
details about the extension of the results to  2-body B decays involving 
isosinglet final states. On the phenomenological side implications for 
B->pi K puzzle and the discussion of observables in B->eta' K decays 
will be provided.
