22-23 September 2016, Cambridge UK The PLM series started 11 years ago
from an interest to promote the interface between the Life and Physical
Sciences in Cambridge.<br class=""><br class="">
<br class="">

The theme of this years symposium is Mechanical and genetic regulation
of cellular decision-making. We have gathered a diverse set of speakers
who all share a common interest in understanding cell decision making in
response to physical and quantitatively complex genetic interactions.
<br class=""><br class="">
A key aim of PLM is to give students and early career researchers a
chance to meet, share their work and to interact with more senior members
of the community. Following last years successful trial run, we will
again include a half-day of presentations given by students and
postdoctoral researchers, in addition to the poster session. <br class=""><br class="">
We have also decided to keep the cost of registration low at<b class=""> £70
(early registration) for students and £100 (early registration) for
non-students</b>. This includes access to both days of the symposium as
well as lunch on both days and dinner party on the evening of the first
day.<br class=""><br class="">

<b class="">Call for abstracts<br class="">
</b>Contributions for oral and poster presentations are invited for this
symposium. Abstracts should be maximum 300 words and can be submitted
during the registration process online.<br class="">
