We organize the CECAM meeting 

 International Workshop on Biomembranes: The consequences of complexity 

in Helsinki (Finland), August 16-19, 2016. The invited speakers 
include about 20 excellent scientists, including both experiments and 
theory/simulations. The meeting is supported by CECAM and EBSA.
